What time should we arrive?
Courses start at 9am on Saturday, but you can arrive from 5pm Friday 15th May to set up camp.
When should we leave?
All participants and tutors need to be off site by 6pm Sunday 17th May.
Where do we sleep?
You can camp in the woods, there are 18 acres to choose from, as long as you're away from the course locations. If you're sleeping in your vehicle or camper van, you'll need to park in the designated area.
Do I need to pay extra to stay in my camper van?
Yes, this year live-in vehicles are required to pay £10 a night to the site to stay. You can select this option as part of your ticket.
What food is included in the price?
Breakfasts and lunches on Saturday and Sunday are included - Vegan Soup and Bread. As well as cakes, snacks, biscuits and teas. If anyone has any specific dietary requirements please let us know.
Do you provide crockery too?
Please bring your own cutley, plates, bowls, mugs etc...
What's for evening meal?
Other meals are self catering but we will provide plenty of charcoal and barbecues to cook on at our Saturday evening gathering.
How much is it to attend?
Ticket price is £220 non members £200 members (annual membership is only £25 - time to join?)
Is there anything extra to pay?
Participants will have to pay an additional materials fee for their specific course. The cost for each course is included in the brochure and on the ticket when you book. Please bring correct cash with you to give to your tutor.
Are we gathering for a campfire again on Saturday evening?
Of course! It's tradition! There will be a campfire and celebration on the Saturday night - folk are welcome to bring instruments/poems/songs/jokes to contribute if they wish
Can I bring my dog? He's really well behaved.
Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome to join us at Hawes Villa Farm this year.
Can I bring my children?
Sorry no, adults only and only those attending a course can come along. If this is going to cause an issue, please get in touch with us.
